1. Terms of Use The following are the Terms and Conditions for doing business through the official website www.medikadent.com (hereinafter: the website). The owner of the said website is the company Poliklinika Medikadent d.o.o. (hereinafter: Poliklinika Medikadent), Ul. Nikole Tesle 58, 48 260 Križevci, which publishes and updates content on the website. The published content is the property of Poliklinika Medikadent and cannot be used without its written consent. This website generally presents the products and services of Poliklinika Medikadent.
If you use any of the services published on this site, it is considered that you agree to all stated items of the Terms and Conditions, and therefore you will not have the right to object to them.
2. Dental Services All services listed on our website, as well as prices, are for informational purposes and serve to inform potential patients. Patients can obtain accurate information after the first examination and based on the exactly determined necessary therapy or procedure.
3. Payment and Invoicing Poliklinika Medikadent provides the dental services listed on the website exclusively in its own name and on its own behalf. Poliklinika Medikadent will issue a valid invoice to the patient for the dental service performed, and the patient is obliged to pay such an invoice in full in accordance with the agreed payment method. Costs that were not planned in advance and that may arise from other necessary treatments that are not possible to anticipate in advance will be charged separately by Poliklinika Medikadent, and the patient is obliged to pay them.
4. Amendments and Additions Poliklinika Medikadent reserves the right to amend and supplement the Terms and Conditions as well as the content of the website without prior notice. The said supplements or changes to the terms or content do not affect services that have already been contracted with and are being performed for patients; such services will be performed in accordance with the agreed treatment plan and prices stated in the issued invoice.
5. Obligations and Responsibilities of Poliklinika Medikadent Poliklinika Medikadent is obliged to issue an appropriate invoice to the patient for the dental service performed and to consciously perform the health activity in accordance with the Rulebook of the Ministry of Health and Social Welfare.
6. Disclaimer Poliklinika Medikadent disclaims all responsibility for any error on the website that occurred during its creation, data entry, or updating, as well as responsibility for any damage caused to the user due to the use of the website and/or its content. If the patient does not follow the doctor’s instructions regarding the necessary therapy and care, neither the doctor nor Poliklinika Medikadent will be responsible for any complications that may arise, and therefore cannot issue the usual appropriate guarantees.
The said owner of the website is not responsible for the business and content of websites to which a link exists.
7. Obligations and Responsibilities of the Patient The patient must cooperate fully with Poliklinika Medikadent so that the treatment process can be carried out and inform the doctor about all factors that are important for the creation and implementation of the therapy. The patient is responsible for following the instructions received from the doctor after the procedure or treatment and is obliged to come for check-ups at the agreed times (if the treatment requires it). If the patient does not follow the doctor’s instructions, neither the doctor nor Poliklinika Medikadent will be responsible for any complications that may arise.
8. Guarantee At Poliklinika Medikadent, we install implants with a LIFETIME warranty, while we give a 5-year warranty on all prosthetics, with the completely free replacement of one or more elements. To ensure that the warranty proceeds without any problems:
The patient must adhere to the advice and recommendations of the doctor.
The patient does not perform procedures in other dental practices without prior consultation with a doctor from Poliklinika Medikadent.
The patient must come for regular check-ups (for implants, crowns, and bridges 2x a year; and of course, once a year for cleaning and polishing teeth, and more often if necessary).
The patient must maintain regular dental hygiene (brushing teeth 2x daily in the morning and evening; daily use of mouthwash; using an interdental brush around the implants and dental floss).
The patient must use bruxism splints daily if prescribed by a doctor at Poliklinika Medikadent.
9. Jurisdiction All disputes that arise will be attempted to be resolved amicably between the patient and Poliklinika Medikadent. The court in Varaždin has jurisdiction over all disputes that cannot be resolved amicably.
